Your empanadas are assemble to order and frozen for 24 hours before shipping to lock in the freshness and protect the them during transit.

We wrap your empanadas carefully, we use insulated packaging complete with ice packs and dry ice to make sure it stays fresh in all conditions for up to 48 hours.

All empanadas are shipped via USPS with an expected delivery of next day by 8pm. No Saturday deliveries. We only ship cakes on Monday-Thursday to ensure they arrive next day.
